BSCPL - Residential Project in Dubai

I am very happy with the property I purchased "Bollineni Silas". Day 1 onwards, I did not face any issue wrt sales, CRM and facility team. The sales team was clear and did not give any false commitments. They even helped us post the deal was finalized. CRM was very supportive and guided us through the entire process until registration. Every update I got on mail/messages and even she cleared our queries in off-hours. Builder is a reputed one (KIMS hospital group) and delivered more than he promised. Overall I am very happy with the group and I highly recommend the BSCPL to all. Would like to be associated with future projects as well.

We love our new dream home! We are very pleased with many factors of our Bollineni Silas home. The finished design far exceeds our expectations from our original ideas during the flat selection phase. Seeing the house come to life has been an exciting time for us, and we were very pleased with the prompt attention to detail shown by our CRM. From the time I booked a flat in Bollineni Silas the experience with the customer service representative was very good. The quality of construction is very good. A lot of amenities, which all age groups can enjoy. I particularly liked the open space they provided for Silas. Overall a good purchase.
