The sales team consisting of Mr. Javeed Ahmed and Mr. Jaynarayan Gautam very diligently explained to me the details of this project, statutory, regulatory compliances adhered to by the project, answered to all my queries – technical, agreement related, payment structure, estimates of super area and built-up area — and also dispelled the fears I had in respect of conduct of this builder.

The CRM team headed by Madam Girija, was kind enough to explain to me the details about the Architect appointed for this project, confirmed that civil works would be done inhouse and not out sourced (sub contracted) and explained the quality assurance and quality control mechanism put in place to ensure quality construction without compromising on the progress of works.

I am very happy with the property I purchased "Bollineni Silas". Day 1 onwards, I did not face any issue wrt sales, CRM and facility team. The sales team was clear and did not give any false commitments. They even helped us post the deal was finalized. CRM was very supportive and guided us through the entire process until registration. Every update I got on mail/messages and even she cleared our queries in off-hours. Builder is a reputed one (KIMS hospital group) and delivered more than he promised. Overall I am very happy with the group and I highly recommend the BSCPL to all. Would like to be associated with future projects as well.

Always responded politely and with accurate information even when I pinged him at odd hours of the day. I am sure his role will not end with this possession getting over. We love our new dream home! We are very pleased with many factors of our Bollineni Silas home. The finished design far exceeds our expectations from our original ideas during the flat selection phase. Seeing the house come to life has been an exciting time for us, and we were very pleased with the prompt attention to detail shown by our CRM. From the time I booked a flat in Bollineni Silas the experience with the customer service representative was very good. The quality of construction is very good. A lot of amenities, which all age groups can enjoy. I particularly liked the open space they provided for Silas. Overall a good purchase.
