The company has also taken up Real Estate development projects in Dubai and in the State of Tamil Nadu. As a part of further diversification of activities the Company is also entering into Hydro Power Projects.
A multi-interest Group with wide presence Institutions owned by BSCPL Group include the Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences (KIM S), an established multi specialty hospital, with a capacity of over 1,500 beds, and hospitals all over Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. It also runs affiliated schools and nursing colleges. Bollineni Casting and Steel Ltd, another Group company, owns a 3,500-ton casting plant in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh, and a 6 MW non-conventional power plant.

This is a Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) of BSCPL, having a paid up capital of about Rs. 30 crores.
The Objective of this Company is to own Special Purpose Vehicle Companies, which own and execute Road Projects on DBFOT Model, i.e. to “Design, Build, Finance, Own and Transfer”. This Company was incorporated in 2005 in Dubai as a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of BSCPL Infrastructure Ltd., to undertake the construction of a 14 storied building that would have 142 apartments. The Company has three more subsidiary companies under it, with 70% holding, viz.
